Welcome to gometrify. By creating an account or using our short link redirect services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use gometrify's short links, custom aliases, or redirect tools to share or promote:

• Malicious software, viruses, or phishing schemes.
• Illegal goods, services, or regulated items.
• Spam messaging or bulk unsolicited redirect traffic.

We monitor the destination target domains of all shortened links on our network. Any link found pointing to a malicious target domain will be disabled immediately, and the associated user account may be terminated.

2. Account Registration and Security

To unlock custom tracking and custom domains, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscription, Payments, and Trials

We offer both free plans and paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business).

• 7-Day Free Trial: Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the 7th day, PayPal will automatically bill your payment method recurring monthly.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription inside your dashboard, via PayPal account settings, or by emailing us at developermxt@gmail.com.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

gometrify provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or click redirection. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service disruptions or link targets disabled due to acceptable use violations.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
